South Miami Hospital Sunset 5K

The inaugural South Miami Hospital Sunset 5K presented by Ussery Automotive Group will be held on January 15, 2023.

The Sunset 5K is the first of three races in our Trilogy series! Enjoy an evening 5K course through the South Miami neighborhood that concludes with a block party complete with music, food, kiddie dash, kids zone, and fun for the whole family!

TRILOGY RACE:

Participate in the Sunset 5K to receive the first of three medals in the South Miami Hospital Twilight Trilogy presented by Ussery Automotive group. Complete all three trilogy races and become a part of the first ever to earn a Twilight Trilogy Finisher medal.

RACE DETAILS:

Race starts at 6:00pm, SW 73rd Street and 57th Court. The course winds through the quiet neighborhood of South Miami adjacent to the FootWorks running store. View and print 5K Course Map here.

KIDDIE DASH:

Kiddie Dash for ages 2-9 years old will start once 5K has completed. Dash is 100ft. to 800ft. depending on Age Group.

POST-RACE BLOCK PARTY:

Enjoy sample lite bites from local restaurants in the SoMi Food Sampling Village.

• Kiddie Race (Ages 2-9) is $15

ENTRY INCLUDES:

Registration for the South Miami Hospital Sunset 5K presented by Ussery Automotive Group includes a gender specific t-shirt and finisher medal! Complete this race to earn the first of three races needed for the Twilight Trilogy medal in September!

AWARDS:

The top male and female finishers will receive a $100 FootWorks Giftcard.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age groupers receive a $40, $30 and $20 FootWorks Giftcard respectively.
Awards will be mailed to the winners.

PACKET PICKUP:

Packets will be available at FootWorks in South Miami (5724 Sunset Drive) starting January 9th at 10:00am.
