Last year my partners and I started a new event in the Miami area. We had some experience working in different events, but we had no idea how to get a new event started. Ruben and his team were amazing. They helped us design our race course, get permitting, get the porta-potties, finisher medals, handled the timing and race day setup. Since it was our first year cash was pretty tight and RaceTime offered us very friendly structured payment terms. The event went off without a hitch. The Sarasota Chalk Festival had it’s 1st annual 5k race this year in 2016.  We were able to have a successful race having RaceTime help us with timing the race and other race day issues as well.  They have a great system that is fast and organized, with excellent access to race results.  We look forward to using them again next year and for future races.
