Last year my partners and I started a new event in the Miami area. We had some experience working in different events, but we had no idea how to get a new event started. Ruben and his team were amazing. They helped us design our race course, get permitting, get the porta-potties, finisher medals, handled the timing and race day setup. The Sarasota Chalk Festival had it’s 1st annual 5k race this year in 2016. We were able to have a successful race having RaceTime help us with timing the race and other race day issues as well.
