Miami Trail Festival
EVENT INFORMATION
As humans, we thrive outdoors. Our ancestor’s roots are ingrained in us as hunters and gatherers. The best way to thank our collective Mother Nature and ourselves is to enjoy the outdoors with like-minded friends who share our passions. Are you ready to conquer the Miami Trails? In this unique event series, we host a variety of races including trail running, mountain biking, stand up paddleboard, and even yoga!
TRAIL RUN
GET THOSE RUNNING SHOES DIRTY AND RACE ON THE BEST OFF ROAD TRAILS IN MIAMI!!! We will have a 5 Mile and a 10 Mile (2 laps) to choose from. The course will feature dirt, sand, wood bridges and limestone to run over. The 10 Mile race will begin 7:00am shortly followed by the 5 Mile race at 7:05am.

*Aid stations with cups of water will be placed approximately every 2 miles

MOUNTAIN BIKE
TAKE YOUR HARDTAIL OR FULL SUSPENSION MOUNTAIN BIKE FOR A RIDE TO THE TALLEST POINT IN MIAMI!!! We will have several categories and distances for riders of all levels and ages. The course will feature climbing, switch backs, fast downhills, beautiful ocean views, and the highest point in Miami. Mountain Bike races will begin at 9:00am.

STAND UP PADDLEBOARD
JOIN US FOR A DAY OF FUN, CLINICS AND RACING!!! We will be running the Short race and the Long race SEPARATELY. Starting off with the 1.5 mile race promptly at 11:00am. Once everyone is finished with the 1.5 mile race, we will start the 3 mile race approximately at 11:30am.

Rules:
We take your safety serious and will be following rules as recommended by the USCG and the WPA!
YOU MUST HAVE FUN!!!
PFDS & LEASHES – Required. Kids 13 and under are required to wear PFD at all times on the water.
DRAFTING – Drafting is permitted, however, you can only draft the same size board and same gender.
SUP KNEE PADDLING – There is a 5 stroke minimum rule that applies to all Stand Up racers. (Please only use knee paddling if you must do so for safety/exhaustion).
NOTE: HYDRATION PACKS (Camelbak) RECOMMENDED – Personal water supply is paddlers responsibility.

YOGA
GRAB YOUR MAT AND JOIN US AT THE BEACH FOR A PERFECT YOGA CLASS ON THE BEACH!!! Om Movement will be leading two yoga classes open to everyone in this family friendly event. Enjoy teachings from the best local yoga instructors Miami has to offer with the best view and atmosphere to practice. Vinyasa Power Yoga Class will be at 8:30am and our stretching Hatha Yoga Class will be at 10:30am.
