Gilligan’s Island Time Trial MTB Race

Oleta Trail Blazers is proud to host 2019 Gilligan’s Island time trial race. This will be a fun event to raise money for the trails.

Date: Sunday, May 19th, 2019

Day of the event registration will be between 8:00-8:30 AM

Race Start Time: 9:00-9:30 Am

Location: Oleta River State Park – located at 3400 N.E. 163rd Street, off I-95 in Miami.

What is a time trial race?

It’s called the race of truth. A timed mountain bike race. Riders will go one at a time, 2 minutes apart. You don’t have anyone trying to pass you. Its just you against the clock.

Categories 

Amateur – first timers and less experienced riders.

Open – experienced and expert riders.

The course is Gilligans Island from start to finish. 2.8 miles of technical single track. Lets see who is the fastest KOG.
